Departure of a Family Member

Crew,

I never enjoy seeing some one leave, but some times it happens. Rich, AKA Lieutenant Carter Kehoe MD has decided to step away from the Yamato. It is sad to see him leave, but we will keep a seat warm should he ever wish to return. We wish him luck in where ever his course takes him.
